Andrania Yancy is in custody thanks to outstanding police work by Officers Heredia and Colby. Adriana Yancy has been identified in two thefts from locker burglaries in the Central. We believe she has been involved in many more. Yancy’s routine is to go to a gym or yoga studio and gain access to the locker room area. There, she will break into one or more lockers stealing all items of value, She will then head directly to the Westfield Mall area and make numerous transactions with the stolen credit cards. In one incident she managed to rack up nearly $15,000 in charges. She typically buys store value cards (gift cards). Yancy also commits identity theft with the IDs she steals. Yancy also has used victims identification to purchase day passes at a Planet Fitness. Sergeant Vanderbilt did a great job putting several cases together which let to Yancy’s arrest.  Read the central-120116,
