Central Police Station has doubled our deployment of uniformed foot beat officers!!!
There were fourteen foot beat patrol officers covering Fisherman’s Wharf, North Beach, Chinatown, Union Square and the Market/Financial District areas, when I first arrived at Central Station in March of this year.
