Mechanical Street Sweeping for our Neighborhood?

At the end of 2018 there were only a couple of streets which had mechanical street sweeping on Russian Hill. To add more streets to this method of keeping our streets and gutters cleaner of liter, residents may sign and circulate petitions for their block. If 2/3 of the residents agree, regular street cleaning may be solicited.
