No date has been set as upgrades are in process including the facility’s parking and security systems. RHN will follow this project.
c. Original Macondray Ln trellis sign relocation:
Final work has been completed to clean and to apply sealant and preservative to the original wood carving on the Macondray Lane trellis sign and to relocate it to the Taylor St. steps. On the Jones St. side at the reconstructed entry trellis, the landscaping and bougainvillea vines are taking shape.
2. ONGOING POLICY UPDATES
a. Housing Policy Updates:
– Adding historic properties to SF Register

Recent state legislation to streamline approval of housing projects usually provides protection for historic resources, but only if local landmarking is already in place. There is a heightened concern about the need to expedite this typically slow and deliberate process. DZLU will investigate ways to support this effort.
