A few weeks ago, I mentioned I would profile our two new Lieutenants. Lieutenants Paris Deshong and Brien Hoo:
Lieutenant Hoo joined the San Francisco Police Department over 19 years ago. He trained
at Mission Station and was on probation at Potrero Station (now Bayview Station). He
