I looked into this incident. It occurred when I was home recovering.
According to the court disposition, the preliminary hearing was yesterday and it is on for “Disposition of Plea” on 11/9/15. In other words, based on the computer/court record, the case does not appear to be dismissed? This is what I have from this end?
