Central Police Report Nov 12

I am starting to see a slight uptick in the amount of phones taken by individuals. I have written about this before where I ask everyone to be mindful to not display a cell phone in public. Our recent cases involve a person usually walking alone either looking at or talking on their phone.  They are either struck from behind or the suspect will grab the phone out of the hand of the victim and run off.
