Saturday is SantaCon in the City. It starts out as a fundraiser and toy drive in Union Square however, thousands of people dress like Santa and go to the bars and drink. I will have extra coverage in North Beach on Saturday to address public intoxication. Officers will enforce public intoxication and criminal activity. Read Central 121015
