“Blessing Scam”
We are starting to see cases again in San Francisco, starting on October 2nd in Chinatown, where elderly Chinese woman are scammed out of thousands of dollars. In our case, the suspect approached a victim and asked where she may find “Dr. Zheng.” Read Central Police Report.
