Neighborhood Enhancement Earth Day Sweep

A fine April morning on Polk Street and 10 of us volunteer street sweepers were wide awake after enjoying Saint Frank coffee and bagels,all provided courtesy of Polk District Merchants Association. Cole Hardware was our meeting place, and from there everyone fanned out with a broom or picker and a bag for trash. Many bags of trash were collected for pickup by Public Works later in the day.
