Twenty RHN members recently gathered at a sold-out Wine and Dine sit-down dinner in a private home for an excellent home-made Italian Feast. Participants were given recipes to make in advance and assignments for bringing wine. We all enjoyed the chicken liver mousse, butternut squash ravioli, pork loin with tomatoes and green beans, cucumber salad and a panna cotta with caramel, all accompanied with wine. A great way to mingle and meet new people, all for under $40 per person. The experience? Priceless!
