Dear Neighbors, Merchants and Friends,
So much is going on in our neighborhood, the City and everywhere on the planet. As you will see from this eBlast, RHN has many activities planned over the next month. Please check the calendar at www.rhnsf.org for detailed information on multiple events. Adam Barrett, RHN Membership Chair will be sending you renewal letters within the next week. You can always go to the website and renew your membership for 2016 by clicking “Join Us” or “Membership”.
The Halloween Merchant Trick or Treat Walk should be a great day for everyone to come out for fun and meet your neighbors and support our neighborhood merchants. Look for the orange balloons along the Polk Corridor. Many thanks to our RHN Merchant Liaison Par Hanji for orchestrating this event with our much valued merchants.
Please note the events that may require reservations such as the Architectural Walking Tour, Aquitaine Wine and Dinner event and the Book Scavenger Author Presentation. These events are all new adventures and territory for our members that have been hatched by our clever Committee Chairs Joyce Kucharvy, Emily Harrold and Sarah Taber.
We continue to monitor building, historical heritage and remodels through our DZLU Committee and send out weekly crime updates from SFPD. Steve Taber, RHN Transportation Chair, keeps us updated on the MTA streetscapes, Central Subway and all things transit. If we are missing something that you would like addressed, please contact me and I shall try to direct it to the appropriate person. Our web page is a great resource for all our current committee reports and calendared events.
Please remember to vote on Tuesday, November 3. Every vote makes a difference.
Warm regards,
Tina Moylan
